The role of Warehouse Supervisor (Lates) will be to supervisor the late shift operation ensuring all KPI/SLA targets are met. You will be an experienced people manager working within a warehousing environment ensuring the operation is running safely andefficiently.

**Client Details**

My client, based in Birmingham, are a leading alcohol distributor with over 4,000 products and 14 sites nationally. My client are also investors in people offering training and support throughout your career.

**Description**

The key responsibilities foe the Warehouse Team Leader (Lates) will be being a people manager ensuring the operatives are motivated and mentored. Other key responsibilities will be:

- Pick, pack and check inventory is put away and loaded in an efficient and effective manner
- To monitor levels of efficiency (KPI's) and identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Adhere and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Liaise with senior management to produce budgets
- Ensure all equipment (including property, vehicles, mechanical handling equipment and racking) is operated in a safe and effective manner
- Make sure the operatives are correctly trained and identify training needs
- Inspect/review equipment or processes to make sure they adhered to H&S guidelines
- Stock management

**Profile**

The successful Warehouse Supervisor within Logistics and Supply Chain will be:

- Experienced in people management within a warehousing operation
- Experienced in the use of warehouse management systems
- Dealt with Health & Safety audits and risk assessments
- Interpreting data into actionable improvements
- An all round good team player

**Job Offer**

Warehouse Team Leader (Lates) Salary:
Between £24,000 - £27,191
