Are you an organised, hands‑on leader with a passion for driving high performance in warehouse and logistics operations? As our Logistics & Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activity, support operational efficiency, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and accurate fulfilment. Commutable from Erdington, Sutton Coldfield, Great Barr, Walsall, West Bromwich, Smethwick, Tyseley, Castle Bromwich, Wednesbury, Bilston and Edgbaston. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support warehouse and logistics staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee goods‑in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and inventory levels are maintained. Plan and allocate workload to meet operational deadlines and service requirements. Monitor and improve warehouse performance metrics (accuracy, efficiency, safety). Working closely with purchasing, production, and customer service teams. Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce errors. Train and develop team members to support ongoing growth. About You Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or environment. Previous team leader or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Good understanding of warehouse management systems and stock control. Able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and solve problems effectively. Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach) desirable but not essential. A hands‑on approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
