Are you a motivated leader with warehouse experience? Join us as a Warehouse Team Leader to organise, support, and develop your team while ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, organise, and coordinate the daily work of warehouse team members
  • Provide the team with necessary tools and ensure smooth, efficient operations
  • Support stock-taking and process optimisation activities
  • Maintain order and care for warehouse property, equipment, and materials
  • Conduct team evaluations, training sessions, and safety briefings
  • Supervise compliance with working time recording, work clothing, and PPE usage
  • Promote a positive, professional workplace culture aligned with company values

What we're looking for

  • Proven (+1 year) experience in a similar role, ideally in a warehouse environment and knowledge of logistics systems
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to health & safety standards
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
