We have a great opportunity as a **Warehouse Team Leader** at our multi-contract site based at Bromford Gate. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll play an integral part in managing and motivating your team to ensure a smooth process within the Warehouse. You will also be responsible for the appraisal and coaching of your team, ensuring they are supported throughout their shift and able to develop within the team.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, on permanent late shifts, 16:00 - 01:00.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,000 per annum (including shift allowance). In addition, we offer 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Team management: develop, lead and motivate your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs
- You’ll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you’ll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe
- You’ll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possible
- Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse, delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- IT Literate and experience of WMS systems
- Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team
- Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams and colleagues to ensure excellent performance
