Office Administrator

As we expand our team, we are currently seeking an administrator/secretary to cover all associated administration functions involved with running a contracting business. The office is set in a rural location so own transport is essential.
**Job Description**:
Position Overview
This position is for a full-time position Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. No home working.
- Responsibilities: This is not an exhaustive list and other responsibilities may be required._
- Vehicle Checks - Taxing of vehicles, maintaining MOT/servicing and organising when due.
- Insurance additions/renewals.
- HR for existing and new employees.
- Payroll for holiday cover.
- Data Entry into Xero when required.
- Stock and parts ordering.
- Assisting the office manager and working Partner within the business.
- Qualifications_
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Full Driving License (due top office location and needs for business)
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
- Experience with payroll packages is advantageous but not essential.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Able to work within a team as well as independently.
- Able to manage deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£31,200.00 per year
