**Acquisition Marketing Executive**

Revival is an e-commerce drinks brand with a focus on hydration, vitamin's and wellness. We are growing extremely fast both domestically and internationally and we currently trade in UK, EU and UAE.

Due to our very strong growth, our outsourced business model is no longer viable from an economic or operation standpoint and we are now looking to build out these functions in-house.

Therefore this role offers an opportunity to take ownership of our acquisition channels whilst being an integral part in our growth working closely with our growing team.

The role will take ownership of all our acquisition channels, ensuring we communicate to the right customers at the right time with the right message. As our largest aqusistion channel - Paid Social Media Ad channels will be a primary focus:

- Manage Meta campaigns with significant budgets, focused on conversion.
- Explore & grow new social channels opportunities (TikTok, X etc) crafting relevant content to maximise ROI
- A/B testing all content to drive Conversion rate
- Analyse performance to advise budget allocation & future ad creation

Our other PPC channels include
- **Google PPC**:

- Optimisation of existing campaigns to drive revenue, while introducing new campaigns to support business growth plans both domestically & internationally.
- Manage increasing budgets to drive effective ROI
- Continued market reviews to ensure keywords remain relevant
- **Amazon PPC**:

- Onboard processes from outgoing agency
- Manage various existing campaigns to maintain growth rates
- Explore new tools & campaigns to drive additional revenue

While this role is focused on the above PPC channels, we are a small, agile team who cover all aspects of our marketing activity. There will be plenty of cross over and you will be involved in planning & executing most campaign. As well as getting involved in other areas:

- Affiliate marketing

**What we are looking for**:

- Must have experience implementing & optimisation paid social campaigns
- Must have a keen eye for design that can be demonstrated in interview.
- Must be committed to the long term success of the business, able to work in a small team with a flat structure.

**SALARY & PACKAGE**

Upto £30,000 (depending on experience)

This is an onsite role is based in our brand-new offices in Portishead 5 Days a week
