**Service Delivery Co-ordinator - Food Preparation & Sales**

**Salary**: **£23,800**

**Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday**

Minstead Trust, a leading learning disabilities charity based in the heart of the beautiful New Forest, has an exciting opportunity to join our new social enterprise venture, making and delivering preserves.

**About the Role**

Involving the people we support throughout the process of making a range of high quality jam, marmalade and chutney you will help them understand the value of their contribution and have a voice in the direction of the operation.

A hands on role, you won’t need to make jam, but you will participate in the development and delivery of training sessions to adults with learning disabilities, overseeing day to day food preparation (including ordering supplies), ensuring a safe working environment and tracking their progress and setting outcomes-focused goals.

Providing a delivery service to commercial customers in Hampshire, you will be confident in building on existing customer relationships as well as seeking opportunities to find new customers and events to sell our preserves.

**About You**

We are seeking someone calm, organised, adaptable and a confident communicator. As you will be delivering produce to customers you must also have a full, clean driving licence.

Whilst experience in food preparation or sales would be an advantage, much more important is a genuine desire to explore and nurture potential for people with learning disabilities, a willingness to learn and be an ambassador of Minstead Trust.
