  • Keeping accurate records for audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Promoting resident engagement through clear, empathetic communication.
About you

You'll bring:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust and overcome access challenges.
  • Knowledge of housing compliance requirements (gas safety, electrical testing, water hygiene, fire safety).
  • Experience in resident liaison, customer service, or compliance coordination.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Confidence using IT systems for scheduling and reporting.
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the district.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable customers and resolving complex access issues.
  • Understanding of social housing regulations and compliance frameworks.

What is in it for you

  • £35,646 – £43,236 (Career Grade) - Up to £44,472 for exceptional performance once in post
  • 26 -27 Days annual leave (plus an additional 5 days after 5 years' service)
  • Local Government Pension Scheme and AVC provision
  • Hybrid Working
  • Employee Assistance Programme (free 24 hour legal, financial and personal advice for employees).
  • Wide range of employee discounts at high street retailers, including supermarkets, stores and restaurants.
  • A Cycle to Work scheme which could save you around 40 percent on cycles and accessories
