A world leading financial institution is looking for a **Voice Engineer** to help design Voice Access solutions that connect to a Real Time Communication environment and work with the global teams to implement the capabilities.

You will be part of the Voice Engineering team responsible for a range of activities including designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available voice solutions.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in SIP deployments in a Large organization using Ribbon Session Border Controllers spanning multiple countries and Ribbon PSX.
- Be able to decompose large and complex engineering projects and lead multiple workstreams in parallel to meet critical timelines
- Collaborate and interface with other network infrastructure teams.
- Professional experience to include customer service, requirements gathering, task execution, problem solving, sound judgment around crisis escalation.
- Ability to analyse data and make correlations to events and performance
- Flexibility to occasionally align working shift to accommodate other time zones

Desired Skills:

- Securelogix or SmartNumbers Protect
- Data Network (LAN/WAN), Cisco CallManager
- Extensive experience overseeing a large enterprise customer base
- Experience in working in an agile environment to quickly iterate and deliver
- Experience in working with data using data analysis tools like Excel, Access, Splunk.
- Analyse call analytical data (MOS and QoS), map trends and recommend solutions before they become problems
- Where data from your environment is ingested into Splunk, the ability to construct Splunk queries and quickly extract technical intelligence from resulting reports.
