**Voice Engineer, PABX, Networking, Wifi, Modern Workplace, 3rd line support**

A leading provider of financial services is seeking an experience Engineer who can help support a user base of over 3k across a range of different technical areas with a key focus on voice.

**The role**:
As a Voice Engineer you would provide 2nd and 3rd line support for our UK Branch offices and our London and Manchester UK sites.
The role will be a hybrid mix with 3 days based out of the Docklands office but with travel when needed, possessing a UK driving license is therefore desirable.

This role has the following shifts, one covers Mon-Fri between the hours of 07:00-1500 and 09:00-17:00, and the other is for on-call 24/7 support.

The latter shift is rotated and split between the team, as such you will be required to support every third week.
The applicant must be willing to work overtime to perform tasks which cannot be carried out during normal business hours. This role will report directly into the IT Operations Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- UK - New Branches/Branch Relocations - involves on site visits to branch network
- Support and maintenance for the Mitel PABX systems within the UK (MD110 + MXOne)
- Installation, Support, maintenance and ordering of the Feature line Corporate Centrex systems within the UK -Ordering BT telephone lines, ADSL and associated telephone equipment
- Support of the various voice recorders (ASC)
- Ordering of MPLS circuits and WAN equipment
- Request/Order fulfilment - connecting SIMs, extensions
- Installation and Support for WiFi systems
- Support for video conferencing equipment
- Support of iPhone, iPads, handsets, iOS devices, lifecycling
- Support of Airwatch
- Updating documentation, technical support guides, knowledge base, business continuity plans
- Architecture understanding of WAN/LAN/MPLS/IPT
- On-going Projects/Assignment work
- Shift Cover - Providing support from 07:00-15:00 & 09.00-17.00 hours and 24/7 Support (one week in three)
- Supplier Management relationships
