Six Degrees are currently recruiting for a Voice Engineer to join the team based at our Head Office in St Katherine Docks.

The Voice Engineer will work closely with the Agile Workspace head of UC and Voice and is responsible for the end to end delivery of Voice customer projects, supporting existing clients through incident and change tickets, number porting and platform maintenance.

The focus of the Voice Engineer will be to provide provisioning and support for all voice products including SIP/ WLF. Your time will be split with provisioning work being variable in terms of small and large works and the supporting of voice products beingan equal split.

In addition to the above technical skills, you will need a good working knowledge of IP networks and TCP/IP skills and detailed knowledge of SIP messaging call flows and analysis of packet captures.
