Our HEART team charter, inspired by our own Team Members, sets out the key personal standards we all work to: - Honesty - Empathy - Aspiration - Respect - Teamwork - If you share our values, then you help us share them_ **About the role**: The role of the Quality Administrator is to assist the Quality Team in the administration and reporting of quality and governance related matters, acting as a first point of contact for all general enquiries. This role will also support our Integrated Therapies Team. Some of the key responsibilities are below but please see the job description for more information: - To support organisational quality compliance through the administration of the central audit process and governance. - To work closely with other members of the Quality Team by: - providing a professional and efficient administration service. - undertaking data entry and collation of information as part of governance reporting. - coordinating the receipt of reports and quality related action plans from operational services and processing. - provide a minute taking service to the team for key meetings. - ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. - To provide support to the Integrated Therapies Team in administrative tasks including datac collection and report writing. **What skills you will need**: - Sound previous generalist experience of administration, collation of business data & correspondence. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient IT skills, particularly in using Microsoft Excel / Word and other areas of Microsoft Office 365 (or later versions). - Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively. - The ability to use your initiative and highlight any concerns identified. - Working as part of a team. - A sense of humour **Looking after you with sector leading benefits**: We offer a fantastic range of learning opportunities throughout your career with us to ensure you’re qualified and equipped to carry out your role confidently.
