£22,000 - £27,500 plus benefits (Work Level 6B)

We’re looking for a project support officer to join our retail operations team.

In this role, we’ll look to you to support the delivery of projects within our ecommerce team. We’re looking at evolving our in-store services and operations, trialling new and exciting initiatives in our stores across the UK. You’ll work with colleagues to roll out these projects and proceses while always looking for opportunities to improve the way we do business.

If you can bring us the experience and drive we’re after, we can offer you a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience across Co-op’s ecommerce support function.

**What you’ll do**:

- support in the delivery and implementation of new projects and processes across our stores
- manage priorities and results linked to our online services, including task and resource allocation
- build relationships with colleagues and managers across the business up to executive level, influencing and gaining buy-in
- help colleagues to embed processes across the business
- run support sessions and working groups, and collate customer & colleague feedback
- make sure targets are met and that projects are delivered accurately and on-time
- look at continuous improvement; finding opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- support in the creation of a range of internal communications for the team
- support with the building of presentations with internal partners at all levels

**This role will suit people who have**:

- great relationship-building and management skills, as you’ll be working with lots of different people at all levels
- the ability to work autonomously with lots of motivation, drive and energy
- great organisational skills - you can manage changing and conflicting priorities
- the ability to deliver messages confidently and in the right way
- good general IT skills with the ability to use programmes in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- previous experience of delivering change and an understanding of continuous improvement
