About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and guide participants on circa 5km running tour around London, ensuring a safe, enjoyable and interactive experience for all.
- Our guide will share interesting facts, snippets, and insights about London's history and culture throughout the tour.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging participation and fostering a sense of community among runners.
- Adapt the pace and style of the run to suit the group’s fitness levels participating.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by following best practices and guidelines.
- Assist with marketing and promotion of the run club through social media, local events, and community outreach.

Must-haves:

- Must be able to comfortably run a 10km distance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and charismatic personality with a genuine love for London.
- Basic knowledge of London's history, culture, and landmarks; a background in London’s history is a significant bonus.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

Even better if:

- Experience leading group activities or tours is preferred.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of people.
- First aid certification is a plus.
- You can speak another language

Interview Process:
**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
