- Administer medications as prescribed
- Liaise with health professionals when required
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
- Plan and participate in recreational activities and community outings
- Document and report any changes in behaviour or health status to appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals

- SVQ level 3 in health and social care or equivalent
- Experience in administering medications is preferred
- Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology is preferred
- Good IT skills
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Note: This position may require evening, weekend, or overnight shifts based on the needs of the individuals being supported.
