**Strategy and Implementation Associate**

**We’re hiring**

Aon are currently recruiting a Strategy and Implementation Associate to join our team in London. The Strategy and Implementation Associate will be primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end requirements process from definition. traceability and change control ensuring the full range of business needs are captured and process management, including documenting current state, identification of improvements and modelling future state processes.

**About the Role**

**Your impact as a Strategy and Implementation Associate**:

- Managing the end-to-end requirements process from definition. traceability and change control ensuring the full range of business needs are captured.
- Process management, including documenting current state, identification of improvements and modelling future state processes.
- Consults with local teams as needed to improve the quality of processes
- Carry out gap analysis identifying full changes required to reach target state.
- Complete data analysis as required, looking for strategic insights and opportunities and governance of data quality.

Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
