AVK UK Limited is part of the AVK Group; who are market leaders in the design, manufacture and supply of valves, pipe fittings, hydrants and flow control equipment to the Water, Waste Water, Oil and Gas industries throughout the world.

A vacancy has arisen for a Creative Assistant to join our vibrant UK Marketing team, based in our Staveley office, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

This role embraces all elements of marketing, with a focus on further developing and growing our impact through social media and other state of the art communications media. You will provide first-class graphic design and marketing-related copy for all outputs, printed and digital, in addition to in-house, animation, photography and videography service.

As an exceptional Creative Assistant, you will combine your skills with problem solving, critical thinking and creativity, to shape and develop the future of our brands and our creative output.

You will champion AVKs strength in Manufacturing and Engineering with a focus on our future resilience and growth.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Develop and provide high quality graphic design and marketing-related copy to brief and to time, for all output media channels, printed, digital, social media and presentations
- Supply an in-house photography / animation / video service that generates high quality images of products, people and sites for use in marketing channels
- Provide content to external print and media companies
- Lead on the setting-up of exhibitions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure clear messaging and that materials are completed to budget and timeline
- Coordinate with other team members to gather images, stats and content to use in various creative projects, maintain a filing record system that allows relevant content to be easily and quickly accessed as required
- Become the brand guardian for AVK UK and its sister businesses, with a comprehensive understanding of the relevant brand guidelines
- Contribute to the creative direction of campaigns, working with colleagues to develop ideas and turn those ideas into designs
- Ensure all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements associated with marketing contact are met, with specific reference to Data Protection and Marketing Consent

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Creative / Marketing / Design Qualification
- Knowledge of InDesign and Adobe
- Experience with creating videos and capturing photos
- Building a social media presence and creating content
- A proactive approach to work with the confidence to generate ideas and strategies
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to campaign tactics

**WORKING HOURS**:

- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday 0815-1700
- Friday 0830-1600
