Contract: 812 month fixed-term maternity cover (exact dates TBC) Location: Commutable to Chesterfield 3 days a week Job Type: Full-time, fixed-term (35 hours per week) Salary: £2835k (depending on experience) Working Model: In-office / Hybrid / Occasional remote with shoot days. About The Role Were on the lookout for a Creative Producer who can steer high‑impact creative projects from spark to screens. Someone who can keep the machine running smoothly, managing budgets, timelines, teams, clients, freelancers, locations, edits, and the occasional curveball. Your everyday will involve bringing together strong production oversight, effective issue resolution, and a collaborative approach to the creative process, working closely with directors, editors, creatives, and clients to make sure every project lands with style, clarity, and real impact, on time and on budget. You’ll also need to be involved with, and sometimes run, client pitches and – from initial client brief take, through ideation and concept development and onto the final proposal and presentation. A genuinely creative person, with a good understanding of the production process, is who were after This maternity cover role offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic, fast‑paced production environment, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of projects over an 812 month period. You’ll Be Doing Things Like Oversee end‑to‑end production across TV, digital, and social campaigns. Translate creative concepts into seamless, high‑quality executions. Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and suppliers efficiently. Coordinate internal teams, clients, freelancers, and talent. Solve production challenges proactively under pressure. Contribute to (and occasionally manage) pitches, planning, and elevating creative work. What Success Looks Like Deliver projects that are polished, intentional, and distinctly Fork The Waffle. Ensure seamless alignment between creative vision and production execution. Champion ideas while structuring them for flawless delivery. Build trust with clients and respect from the team through reliability and expertise. Combine creative insight with expert logistical management. The kind of person were looking for 3+ years production experience in agency, broadcast, or media environments. Experience as a Creative Executive or a Producer / Production Assistant. Highly organised with strong budget and schedule management skills. Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and teams.
