**The Eveline Day & Nursery School Ltd. - Founded and Established in 1964 by Mrs Maria Keaveney Jessiman MBE, run by her children, grandchildren and family - Would you like to join our family?**

We are operating in the South West London area, employing 250 staff throughout our 7 Unique Nursery Branches and Day School.

Our aim over the years has been to provide excellent care and education for our children. We provide stimulating and warm environments and offer the highest standard of service to all.

We are currently looking to hire a Qualified (NVQ 2/3) Room Leader.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Must be a qualified NVQ 2/3.**:

- **Be Professional, enthusiastic and hard working.**:

- **Have a genuine love of children**:

- **Have Confident communication skill with children and adults.**:

- **Have the ability to work as part of a team.**:

- **We provide First Aid, Health & Safety and Safeguarding Training.**

**ABOUT THE NURSERY**:
**We are open 52 week of the year, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:30pm except for bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **To be keyperson to a group of children.**:

- **To observe and to track children's development.**:

- **To plan and carry out age appropriate activities for children.**:

- **To provide a safe and secure environment for the children.**:

- **To be aware of safeguarding procedures.**:

- **To follow our policies and procedures.**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tooting SW17 9BE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursery: 1 year (required)
- Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (required)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
