Linden Tree Nursery Schools is a group of small, Frobelian nursery schools local to Clapham which has been providing early years education to children aged 6 months to 5 years old since 2005.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Managing and maintaining a safe learning environment for children to learn organically through their interests and play
- Leading a room of children aged from 14 to 24 months and supporting staff to deliver Froebelian practice
- Be responsible for the room and meet targets outlined by your manager
- Foster positive relationships with your team, children and families
- Communicate effectively to families on children’s development through documentation and learning stories
- Ensure all staff understand safeguarding and health and safety policies relevant to their role and implement procedures effectively

**Requirements or Skills**:

- A Level 3 full and relevant qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, CACHE or recognised equivalent
- A good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Experience working in a nursery environment
- The right to work in the UK and a clear enhanced DBS
- Experience managing a room in a nursery environment
- Experience of safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures within a nursery environment
- The right to work in the UK and a clear enhanced DBS
