Communications Executive for F&b

The Peninsula London is seeking to hire an enthusiastic Communications Executive for our F&B function who can tell our story, bring our heritage to life, and share our vision. This role will work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing & Communications to drive projects that elevate and develop the hotels image, positively impacting business relating to F&B, Wellness and Events. An important part of the role will be to ensure our communications and content is amplified internally and externally across owned, earned, and paid media.

Key accountabilities
- Work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing & Communications and Department Heads and Executive Assistant for F&B to support the hotel’s F&B brand partnerships and communications strategy, activities, and implementation.
- Manage the communication social channels with quick efficient response rate, resolution, and action
- Organisation of folders across sales and marketing, ensuring that the image bank is up to date, press releases and communications are final copies and drafts are archived
- Collaborate with HR to develop internal communications initiatives that keep employees informed of company activities.
- Work with the PR agency to promote our content and news and provide any assets that are needed for pitching

General requirements
- Previous experience in communications and public relations in the luxury hotel or travel industries
- Naturally personable with the ability to communicate well with all levels of internal management and external clients
- Fluent English language skills

The Peninsula London will open with 190 guestrooms, 25 luxury residences, restaurants, spa and wellness and banqueting facilities, overlooking Hyde Park Corner in the heart of Belgravia nestled between the Royal Parks.
