**Job Title**: Marketing Automation Associate

**Location**: Vincent Square, London, SW1P 2PE

**Salary**: Up to 35,000 per year, dependent on experience

**Hours**: 35.0 per week

**Contract type**: Permanent

We are looking to recruit a proactive Marketing Automation Associate to join a friendly team at the RHS. You will be a confident communicator with a can-do attitude who enjoys learning new systems and keeping up-to-date with digital marketing trends.

The most important and essential experience, skills and attributes required for the Marketing Automation Associaterole are:

- Experience of working with ESP and Marketing Automation Software (e.g. Campaign Monitor, Dot Digital, Iterable, Microsoft Customer Insights or similar)
- Experience and enthusiasm of working with data
- Proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrable project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical staff
- Experience of running and analysing detailed AB and Multivariate e-marketing tests
- Experience of producing statistical post campaign analysis
- Broader experience and understanding of CRM would be advantageous, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
