**Job Summary**
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience. If you’re a great communicator who loves problem-solving, this role is perfect for you
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet performance targets, including response times, quality, and customer satisfaction.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A friendly, professional, and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or call centre roles is an advantage but not required.
