**UX Designer, Senior UX Designer**

My client a leading Oxfordshire based Software House, are in urgent need of a Senior UX Designer to join their creative team. Leading a small team of two UX Designers, the UX Design Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, whilstalso being hands-on technically, working to design and deliver wireframes and mock-ups for a variety of pioneering projects.

**What’s required of the Senior UX Designer?**
- Experience of UI / UXdesign
- Commercial experience with the Adobe Creative suite
- Experience producing wireframes and mockups
- Experience implementing processes and ensuring best design practise
- Any experience leading a team would be highly desired, but a Senior UX Designer looking to step up in to a leadership role would also be considered
- Experience working within an Agile environment
