This is a pivotal role that will define and elevate the digital experience across the company’s core platforms, which include a high-traffic public website, a premium membership product, and a B2C management system.Job title - UX/UI DesignerSalary - up to £55KLocation - Birmingham (hybrid)Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end UX/UI design strategy and execution for key digital platforms, ensuring a unified and consistent user experience.Strategically design features and flows that optimise user journeys from discovery through to transaction, directly supporting business growth targets.Champion a user-centred, accessibility-focused approach, conducting and leveraging user research and testing to inform and validate all design decisions.Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets, actively contributing to and maintaining a scalable design system.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial) to ensure design aligns with technical feasibility and business objectives.
