**More about your role**
You will report to our Business Support Manager, essentially providing a professional and positive service through effective administration and systems support which will subsequently aid in the development of key stakeholder relationships throughout the Group. As part of your role you will receive high levels of support and guidance from your Business Support Manager so you succeed in your overall objective which is to effectively administer and schedule work to appropriate landscaping, cleaning and site maintenance operatives. You will be working within a busy team, will be required to have good financial knowledge from purchase orders to invoicing.
This is for one permanent position covering 36.25 hours per week across Monday to Friday. This role is currently working agile, with the need to be a commutable distance away from the South Rings, Preston office. As you will need to attend the office when the business requires.

As the role does require travel to various sites across Lancashire, a driving licence would be desirable.
