**Bid Writer**

An inclusive and nationwide construction consultancy specializing in project management are now looking for a proactive bid writer to join their team.

**The Company**

The successful bid writer will join a multi-disciplinary consultancy that have a strong focus on affordable social housing, which is aligned with their company values. This consultancy work with the local authorities and house builders as their primary clients.

**The Bid Writer**

**The bid writer will be required to**:

- Produce technical and non-technical tenders
- InDesign proficient
- Meet bid deadlines
- Previous bid writing experience, ideally in a consultancy and construction
- Work alongside bid coordinator to produce answers to questions in easily comprehensible wording
- Comply with specification
- Use online portals to upload and download documents and communicate with clients
- Review meetings
- Presentations
- Post-tender debriefs
- Previous experience within construction, consultancy
- Relevant degree
- Able to deal with deadlines and pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task
- Organised
- Canva/ InDesign

**In Return**

**Salary**: £45,000 - £50,000
- Discretionary bonus scheme
