**About You**:
We are looking for a superstar to join the Business Development team at Porsche GB. We handle some of the most transformational topics in the business (and Industry) and operate as a dynamic and fast paced unit. Digitalisation and platform development sit at the heart of our future development plans and we need someone with a digital and challenging mindset to help bring this all to life. This role combines the local implementation of our inhouse customer platform (My Porsche) and our integrated telematics and connected services (Porsche Connect)
You will have worked in a big organisation, understanding the macro picture of how Apps, platforms, data and every customer interaction can shape a brand. You will have understanding of how excellent digital customer journeys are formed, how to generate business cases based on customer value and strategic alignment.
You will have experience of managing (and more importantly influencing) all types and disciplines of stakeholders, be able to distil their projects, requirements and challenges and form them into a simple, executable plan.
Whilst a solid understanding of the Automotive world would be an advantage and you don't need to be a developer (there are teams for that), more important is a digital first mindset, a strong attention to detail, ability to self manage, a proactive mindset and, most importantly, be an awesome team player.

**Job Purpose**:
To deliver the company wide integrated My Porsche platform and enabler technologies, creating a seamless customer ecosystem and connected experience for our customers.
**Core Specific Responsibilities**:
**My Porsche**
- Be the Subject matter expert on Customer facing system alignment across the business - promoting and encouraging the integration of systems into the Porsche EcoSystem - either through App integration or promotion of the PorscheID integration.
- Act as local Product Owner for My Porsche to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify My Porsche initiatives and opportunities in conjunction with our global HQ digital teams.
- Project manage the implementation of all My Porsche ecosystem initiatives, working in close collaboration with PAG Product Managers. Ensure all initiatives are optimised for the UK & Irish markets and provide the greatest benefit to our customers
- Manage lifecycle of My Porsche features to ensure they remain relevant, optimised and add value for our customers with their individual project managers, e.g. Track Your Dreams vehicle delivery status tool
- Provide expert-level support for My Porsche to the Porsche Centre network and internal stakeholders, including the Customer Relations Hub (CRH). Escalate and resolve complex customer enquiries utilising PAG support network for rapid resolution
- Work with Global HQ and internal stakeholders to ensure all My Porsche features are compliant with relevant UK laws
- Define and execute strategies in conjunction with the Marketing Communications (MarComms) Department to promote My Porsche and the customer benefits. Maximise My Porsche downloads and utilisation
- Produce regular network communications to launch and promote My Porsche. Highlight new features and benefits to raise awareness
- Analyse My Porsche insights to measure engagement and usage of the ecosystem and each feature
- Manage and continuously develop the support solution for My Porsche in PCGB in alignment with local and global customer support standards
**Porsche Connect**
- Provide the content, direction and support to the Product Operations team to effectively manage the Porsche Connect portfolio offer including but not limited to:
- Launch planning - all Porsche models
- Reporting & target achievement
- Product substance
- Functionality testing
- Legal/GDPR requirements
- Produce all reports, generate insight, and use a data driven approach to achieve PCGB Connect Services and Porsche Charging Services activation targets
