**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive clerical support, including managing correspondence and filing systems.
- Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping for various projects and operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure resources are readily available.
- Support team members with administrative tasks

**Skills**
- Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Capable of performing data entry tasks accurately and swiftly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with administrative processes and best practices is advantageous.

Pay: £22,968.00-£23,964.00 per year

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
