**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Organise and maintain office files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Support various administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency across departments.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £22,880.00-£23,859.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
