Project Administrator - Our growing client based in Halifax are recruiting for a Project Administrator to join their team. If you are an experienced administrator this role could be your next step.

Your role -- Responsible for scheduling, management and minute taking from meetings.
- Support the project department with any Admin tasks.
- Responsible for all booking of travel, accommodation, parking etc.
- Raise purchase orders to suppliers.
- Supporting PMO with monthly dashboards, reports, and presentations to wider business.
- Provide and prepare any documents such as Health & Safety and Job packs.
- Support other colleagues and staff in administrative duties when required.
- Managing and updating the CRM system.
- Ensuring all quality standards are met.
- Request feedback from clients regarding the business/service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen to learn new skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good understanding of all Microsoft packages.

37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with hybrid working.

Salary upto 22k
