**Job Introduction**:
In partnership with NAZ, London Friend and METRO, Turning Point delivers a model of sexual health support throughout the three London boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. Turning Point is the lead partner for the contract and the staffing structure, and composition reflects a mixed leadership model which is governed by a Partnership Board.

As our Administrator we offer a starting salary of up to £28,000 + £3,633 ILW.

You will have opportunities to progress your career within the wider Turning-Point organisation, as new and existing services are regularly developing and expanding.

**Role Responsibility**:

- Opening the office daily
- Processing SASH administration such as managing the service inbox, processing referrals, uploading assessments and surveys as key examples.
- Diary management of the complimentary therapies SASH offer’s clients including booking appointments and liaising with the therapists.
- H&S representative of the service which includes completing H&S inductions with all new staff, continuous safety checks, record keeping which is regularly audited.
- You will hold full oversite of financial processes such as raising and receipting PO’s, petty cash management, business card management, setting up new suppliers and completing paperwork for ad-hoc purchases.
- Key contact for managing maintenance needs for the office
- Minute taking for team meetings and ad-hoc confidential meetings
- Any other ad hoc administrative specific duties such as ordering staff ID badges and booking venues as examples.

We're looking for a confident communicator who can prioritise a changing workload, welcome service users and provide high quality administrative support. Comfortable talking to service users, you should be customer focused with the ability to maintain confidentiality, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be a superb organiser and supportive team player with keen attention to detail, impressive administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets.
