Trading Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Trading Administrator** to join our team based in **London**. You will join us on a **part time, 12 month fixed-term contract **and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of** £25,901 pro rata - £10,360 for 2 days (SP 10).**
**About the role**:
As our **Trading Administrator**, you will manage the administration of all trading and commercial pursuits to maximise the revenue for The Passage’s charitable activities and enable the trading team to deliver a high-quality and efficient service.
**Hours**:16 hours per week excluding breaks. Monday to Friday plus occasional weekend and evening work depending on the needs of the service.
**Key responsibilities of our Trading Administrator will include**:
- Supporting the venue sales by effectively handling administration for the booking system.
- Managing and implementing any new processes and systems needed to service Cathedral View efficiently.
- Facilitating all invoicing and credit control for Trading through the QuickBooks system
- Uploading payment schedules and incoming invoices to enable the finance team to process payments
- Assisting with the monthly Venue budget to ensure all relevant financial information is monitored.
- Regularly reviewing accounts to ensure they provide an accurate representation of the business
- Assisting the Financial Controller with monthly Management Account reports
- Providing administrative support to ensure the necessary agency and locum staff have been hired for shifts needed.
- Assisting the team with venue hire operations where needed
- Assisting with the management and maintenance of the venue’s roof top garden.
- Creating and updating website and venue listings content.
- Working with third parties to create social media content, blog posts, newsletters and promotional events.
**Experience**
- Proven experience of effectively fulfilling administrative duties
- Experience of using booking, CRM or accounting systems
- Experience of working in a team
**Knowledge**
- An understanding of finance or business administration
- An understanding of venue hire operations and commercial awareness
- A basic understanding of social media and other digital marketing platforms
