Office Administrator

Daily tasks include but not limited to.
- Processing timesheets daily for all employees to Eque2 Construct.
- Inputting purchase invoices to Construct
- Working alongside manager to reconcile purchase statements to ensure all invoices are inputted onto Construct.
- Contacting supplier for any missed invoices and receiving/inputting copies in a timely manner.
- Answering phone calls and passing information or calls to the relevant manager.
- Responding to website enquiries for works. Relaying information to estimator and informing customer of quotations provided.
- Booking private quotation visits with customers and updating calendar/estimator accordingly.
General skills needed
- Experience of using Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional phone manner
- Good attention to detail and typing skills
- Good work ethic and time management skills
- Experience of using Eque2 Construct and Sage is a positive (training will be given if needed and support is always available)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
