I am working with a reputable organisation located in Newton-Le-Willows who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR team - this role would suit someone who has just started theior HR career looking for more responsbilities to properly develop their understanding
**More about the role**
- _ Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes_
- _ Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems._
- _ Process new hire paperwork and conduct onboarding activities_
- _ Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes_
- _ Assist with payroll processing for approximately 300 staff._
- _ Coordinate recruitment efforts._
- _ Assist with employee relations matters and provide general HR support_
- _ Administration of relevant paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle; this includes employment offers, on_
- _ boarding paperwork, contracts changes, flexible working processes, maternity/adoption, paternity, leavers procedures._
- _ Data entry and generate reports as needed_
- CIPD L3
- Understanding of HR Processes
- Experience in a HR Function
- Attention to detail is key
