**Job Title: Junior HR Advisor**

**Salary**: £24k - £28k

**Location**: Newton-Le-Willows

I am working with a reputable organisation located in Newton-Le-Willows who are looking for an Junior HR Advisor to join their HR team - this role would suit someone who has been working in a busy HR Assistant position gaining great exposure or someone with some HR Advisor experience.

- Act as the initial point of contact for all queries into HR, both face to face and through the HR and Payroll mailboxes, responding and managing resolution.
- Keeping the electronic files/HR system up to date with employee information.
- Managing and maintaining employee records and files including processing variation to contracts as and when required.
- Managing the onboarding administration for new employees, including obtaining references and carrying out screening.
- Carry out HR administration processes, assisting the wider team, preparing letters and documents in line with legislation and company policies and procedures.
- Preparing all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions e.g., flexible working.
- Supporting on payroll
- Lead on low level cases and have the confident to work closely with managers.
- Provide advice on all matters ER
- Manage Recruitment Process
- Assisting with the development, revision and implementation of employment policies
- Help carry out HR Strategy
- CIPD L3 / CIPD L5
- Understanding of HR Processes
- Experience in a Generalist HR Position
- Attention to detail is key
