HR Resourcing Advisor

Our client is a long-standing and well-known company within the South Devon area. They pride themselves on being an employer of choice, recruiting only those applicants willing to meet the challenges and demands of their technological, diverse, and innovativemanufacturing environment.
We are recruiting an HR Resourcing Advisor to support the operation of the business by providing an efficient, effective, and professional HR service capable of covering the full generalist remit, but with a dedicated focus on Recruitment, Selection, andEmployee Engagement.
**Key responsibilities include - HR Resourcing Advisor**:
- Facilitation of the recruitment and selection process for all vacancies
- Preparation of internal newsletter and external social media contents (i.e. LinkedIn)
- Undertaking Company inductions and ensuring smooth and successful onboarding experiences.
- Recruitment and selection of apprentices.
- Organisation of 'soft’ activities - social events, charitable support, corporate social responsibility initiatives etc.
**Skills & Qualifications - HR Resourcing Advisor**:
- Minimum of CIPD Level 3
- Previous experience running in-house recruitment and hard to source roles (essential)
- Ability to advise on all HR related policies and procedures
- Ability to manage workload and deadlines using own initiative
- Ability to build relationships and credibility at all levels of the business
