This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

- HR case work - mainly sickness cases, but also if we have any investigations required, grievance, disciplinary etc.
- General HR advice on policy / T&Cs
- Note-taking at hearings/formal meetings
- Some support with training co-ordination, booking, admin etc.
- FOI requests (supporting current HRA) and Southwest Council surveys as and when required.
