**HR Officer**

Our client, a leading company in their field, are insearch of an experienced **HR Officer** to join their team in Belfast.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Managing the recruitment and selection process through supporting the HR Team with designing, creating interview questions, drafting letters and contracts etc.
- Designing, implementing, maintaining,and updating HR policies as necessary
- Providing advice to managers and employees on the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
- Leading HR projects through research, design and delivering best practice and ensuring that the highest levels of HR services are delivered through training, coaching and recruitment development
- Supporting managers in the performance management process
- Supportingline managers in assessing new employees during the probationary period
- Overseeing all disciplinaries and disputes which may arise
- Attending Senior Management meetings and liaising with outside bodies in relation to HR issues
- Participate in inspections and Audits of the HR function and implement corrective action when required
- A minimum of 2 years previousexperience within a HR Manager/ Supervisory role with a relevant degree or equivalent in a HRM related discipline
- CIPD qualified
- At least 3 years’ experience in a HR Manager or HR supervisory role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Full Clean Driving License

- Belfast City Centre, County Antrim: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
