We are seeking someone with the right stuff to become part of a fast growing team based in central Bedford.

**About Us**

We are a SaaS scale-up based in Bedford. We provide software for the asset and automotive industries.

**About You**

Fired up with enthusiasm for amazing customer service, you are ready to become part of a team who are committed to serving their customers with top-quality solutions and excellent service. You will be responsible for supporting the customer success and product teams.

Day to day duties will include:

- Answering customer support tickets/live chat and liaising with customers
- Creating and managing customer documentation on our custom platform
- Writing online user guides
- Participating in customer success meetings (both remotely and on customer site)

Most importantly, you will be partly responsible for maintaining our excellent reputation. We are a young company so you will need to be ambitious, flexible, trustworthy, hungry for success and a self-starter.

**Essential**
- An aptitude for and a belief in the importance of customer service
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent verbal communication
- 5 GCSEs grade A* - C or equivalent
- Self-starter
- Intellectually curious
- IT literacy

**Desirable**
- Experience of financial services
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £22,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
