Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers' success by answering their queries quickly and accurately, and providing exceptional guidance for use of our platform.

**Job purpose & responsibilities**:
Fired up with enthusiasm for amazing customer service, you are ready to become part of a team who are committed to serving their customers with top-quality solutions and excellent service. You will be responsible for supporting the customer success and product teams.
**What's in your day-to-day**:
- Answering customer support tickets/live chat and liaising with customers
- Creating and managing customer documentation on our custom platform
- Writing online user guides
- Participating in customer success meetings (both remotely and on customer site)
- Other duties and projects as assigned

**Essential requirements**:
- An aptitude for and a belief in the importance of customer service
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent verbal communication
- 5 GCSEs grade A*(8-9) - C(5) or equivalent
- Self-starter
- Intellectually curious
- IT literacy
**Desirable**:
- Experience of financial services
- Full UK driving licence
**Bonus points for**:
- Experience in a software support role
