**Hours**: 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

**The Role**:
We are looking for a conscientious and hard working individual who would like to join our established administration support team as an apprentice.
Responsibilities include the production and analysis of a range of documents and reports, filing and taking phone calls. You will have the opportunity to work cross functionally across the administration teams including Exams, Data and Reception, providingexpert knowledge and the ability to specialise in a given area.
You will often be the first point of contact with the school for parents and the public and you will need excellent communication and customer care skills alongside good IT skills and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
Applicants should be professional, personable and committed to providing an excellent administration service and in return we can offer a nationally recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification alongside the opportunity to work within our highly experienced andefficient office teams - you'll be learning from the very best
Previous apprentices have all successfully completed the scheme and have been permanently employed and promoted as a result.
