**A Brief Overview of the role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who is looking to start their career in administration and join an award-winning organization that provides an opportunity to work within the central support functions. You will enjoy interacting with people over the telephone and assisting with vital day-to-day office administration duties. **This is a Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship.**

**Vacancy Description**
- Provide administration support to the employability team.
- Updating database with client and tenant changes of information
- Working with the team to gain information required to complete tasks
- Chasing key documentation and uploading to the relevant database
- Deal with inquiries and ensure they are dealt with efficiently and in line with agreed service standards. Refer complex, difficult or legal queries to the manager or relevant expert
- Maintain and use office systems effectively and update property files and computer databases
- Liaise with a third-party supplier to arrange works to be undertaken
- Promotes additional services and meet third-party referral targets
- Comply with lettings administrative procedures and all relevant legalisation, Codes of Conduct, Practice and Due Diligence procedures

**WAGES**:
Apprentices are entitled to the apprentice rate if they’re either:

- aged under 19
- aged 19 or over and in the first year of their apprenticeship
- An apprentice aged 21 in the first year of their apprenticeship is entitled to a minimum hourly rate of £4.81.

Apprentices are entitled to the minimum wage for their age if they both:

- are aged 19 or over
- have completed the first year of their apprenticeship
- An apprentice aged 21 who has completed the first year of their apprenticeship is entitled to a minimum hourly rate of £9.18

**Training to be provided**
- TheLightBulb will deliver the Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship Standard
- You will need to attend the four-day workshops via Zoom

- In-house training will be given to support the specifics of the role
