**We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the People team based at our Distribution Centre in Bedford. Reporting to the People Business Partner, this generalist role will be responsible for providing effective and efficient HR advice.**

As our on site HR Advisor, you will join an energetic team, responsible for supporting Managers on generalist HR issues and wider employee relations issues, for high numbers of DC colleagues & also managing a small team.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices, you will work alongside the People Business Partner and Management team to support a culture aligning to our values. This role has a wide remit and will include employee relations, employment law, contracts, disciplinary, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management.

**What we need from you**:

- High volume ER experience, ideally with a warehouse/logistics background
