To ensure this continues, we have an exciting opportunity for a aspiring **People Advisor** with energy and charisma to join our People Team as we continue to evolve and expand.

As People Advisor at Wells & Co you will support on the delivery of efficient and effective HR initiatives, drive our culture putting our people at the heart of everything we do and work with senior stakeholders to develop our support our teams across Head Office and Brewery.

As a highly credible HR Advisor, you will influence and challenge our ways of working, constantly identifying opportunities for us to make a difference as an employer and improve our practices across the board, enabling the business to accelerate growth and develop our people alongside.

Pivotal to the day-to-day running and administration of the People Function, you’ll be the first point of contact on all people related issues including; advising and supporting managers on all ER issues, performance management, payroll & benefits, employee surveys, PDR & salary review processes. absence management and promoting colleague well-being.

Through your ability to build great relationships, you’ll help us shape and embed an industry leading employee value proposition, which will continuously develop and improve with our exciting growth plans. You’ll get to collaborate with some inspiring leaders within Wells, work on fantastic projects including D&I, engagement initiatives and systems implementation, whilst naturally developing your own career along the way.

This role will be based at Brewpoint, our modern new home in Bedford, reporting to HO People, Training & Talent.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A fluent French speaker would be an real asset
- A minimum of Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent HR-related certification.
- Experience in HR advisory roles, with an in-depth understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex ER cases and provide effective solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
