An Exciting opportunity for 2 **Sous Chefs** is available to join an experienced team at a luxury spa hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The hotel has a variety of outlets including a 2 AA rosettefine dining restaurant, lighter dishes are served in the bar, all day casual dining, afternoon teas and also meetings and weddings are catered for. The restaurant serves Modern/Classic dishes which are made using all fresh ingredients, you will have a stronginput on the menu in consultation with the Head Chef. This is a popular venue with both locals and guests staying at this destination hotel but you will experience good working conditions.

**Requirements**:
An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced head chef or sous chef with a proven track record working in a minimum 2 AA rosette fresh food establishment.
