At Select Specialist Recruiters we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sous Chef
My Client are one of the most talked about new businesses in Cambridge and as Sous Chef you will join the management team in the kitchen, working alongside the newly appointed Head Chef, and owners, serving a mix of café/deli food alongside fine dining withinprivate dining rooms.
As well as learning from some of the best chefs in the region, you will also be able to impart your knowledge on the team below you.The company have an industry leading training programme and will try to promote from within at all opportunities.
You will come from a busy fresh food background, ideally from a hotel or conference venue background & have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stocktakes, full due diligence and be able to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
