Cobalt Ground Solutions is a successful ground handling services company based at London Heathrow Airport and operating on behalf of many different airlines.We believe that our outstanding customer service and professionalism makes us one of the leadinghandling agents at Heathrow.

As part of our continued development, we are recruiting professional and enthusiastic Spanish-speakers to join our busy and dynamic Passenger Services department.

**Salary**: circa £14,000 (includes basic plus variable shift pay, potential attendance bonus and overtime available)

**Hours of Work**:Part-time roles c18.75hrs per week - Evening shifts

**Spanish-speaking Passenger Services Agent Duties**:
Duties include check-in of passengers on behalf of several different airlines, boarding gate duties, and general customer service.An awareness of health and safety and safe working practices is important, although full training is provided.

**Spanish-speaking Passenger Services Agent Requirements**:

- 5-year checkable employment/education history
- Fluent Spanish language - written and oral
- Will be required to complete UK DBS (criminal record check) and overseas criminal record check, if applicable.
- Must be prepared and able to work rotating shift patterns (early and late shifts) over a 7-day working week
- Must be able to work until 2330hrs for late shifts
- Public-facing customer service experience essential, preferably within a challenging environment
