Passenger Service Agent – Part-Time (Spanish Speaker)

Location: London Heathrow Airport

Cobalt Ground Solutions is a successful ground handling Services Company based at London Heathrow Airport and operating on behalf of many different airlines. We believe that our outstanding customer service and professionalism makes us one of the leading handling agents at Heathrow.

As part of our continued development, we are recruiting professional and enthusiastic individuals to join our busy and dynamic Passenger Services department.

Key responsibilities:

  • Check-in of passengers on behalf of a number of different airlines
  • Boarding gate duties, and general customer service.
  • An awareness of health and safety and safe working practices is important, although full training is provided.

Passenger Service Agent Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish is essential
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (early and late) across a 7-day week
  • Ability to start shifts as early as 0400hrs and finish as late as 2330hrs
  • 5-year checkable employment/education history
  • Will be required to complete UK DBS (criminal record check) and overseas criminal record check, if applicable.
