A multi-faceted venue in the heart of the city centre, boasting award-winning restaurants, elegant wedding and banqueting suites, and boutique guest bedrooms.

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Social Media & PR Executive to work closely with our Head of Marketing, helping to elevate our restaurants and event venues through creative storytelling, impactful PR, and engaging content.

**About the Role**

You will play a key part in shaping our brand voice across multiple venues, liaising with clients, press, and agencies to deliver exceptional dining and entertainment experiences.

This is a hands-on, creative role, ideal for someone who’s confident, organised, and full of ideas, with a flair for both communication and content creation.

**Key Responsibilities**

Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and drive the overall content strategy across all venues
- Create and manage a detailed content calendar and platform-specific plans
- Responsible for producing and posting engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Build and grow our TikTok presence with creative, trend-led content
- Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
- Oversee social media engagement and community management
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Plan and deliver regular customer newsletters and blog content

Public Relations
- Write and distribute press releases for upcoming events, launches, and key highlights
- Build strong relationships with local and national media
- Work alongside third-party agencies to develop content and campaigns
- Coordinate on-site photo and video shoots with press and creative teams

- A dynamic, fast-paced environment in the heart of the hospitality and events industry
- 9:00 am - 5:30 pm office hours (flexible working patterns available)

**Ideal Skills & Experience**
- Proactive, creative, and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Experience managing multiple social media channels and paid campaigns
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Strong photo & video editing skills (e.g Capcut & Canva)
- Confident working under pressure across several projects
- Skilled in social reporting and analysis tools
- A collaborative team player who can work closely with all departments
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or digital communications
- Will need to be able to commute between venues each week

**Experience**:

- Social Media Marketing: 1 year (required)
- PR or Content Creation: 1 year (preferred)
